

About Rosie:
Qualified Fitness Trainer, Pre & Postnatal Certified Coach.
For most of my younger years I grew up competing in sports at a high level. I competed in surf lifesaving, swimming, netball, skiing, kayaking and have won multiple New Zealand National titles over the years.

After years of intensive training my body started to suffer from aches and pains and then in 2014 I suffered a severe back injury. My injury meant that I could no longer train the way I always had which led me to try a different style of training. I started going to the gym and lifting weights which ended up making significant improvements to my pain. I was also noticing my body shape change in a way that I loved and I felt the best physically and mentally that I ever had!
This was the start of my love of the gym and weights training and thus motivated me to gain my personal training certificate in 2017 and begin helping people achieve there health & fitness goals!​

Since then I have worked on the gym floor training female clients 6 days per week in person. I now focus on online coaching and using my online presence on instagram to share my workouts and knowledge of health.
I have since qualified and gained my certificate in Pre & postnatal training and work closely with pregnant woman to empower them to feel confident, fit & strong throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey!

In 2019 I really focused on building a good strength foundation and found a love for heavy lifting. Then in December 2021 I decided to try something new and competed in my first Bikini body building competition. I ended up winning 1st place New Zealand Natural Nationals Novice & 1st place New Zealand Natural Nationals Open for the medium height category. Through the competition preparation and experience I gained a lot of knowledge on what the female body is capable of & I have learnt a lot around hormonal health & balancing which I share with my clients.

My passion and purpose now is to help and empower a wider audience of woman around the world achieve their health & fitness goals and feel the best versions of themselves no matter what stage of life they are in!

My approach to training is centered around empowering women through strength, health, and holistic wellness.
As a qualified personal trainer with 7 years of experience training woman in person, I specialise in helping women build functional strength, improve mobility, and prioritise health & recovery throughout different life stages.

I create programs that help you feel strong, energised, and confident. My goal is to foster long-term health habits that go beyond the gym, promoting strength, recovery, and balance for a lifetime of wellness.
I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition, avoiding restrictive diets and instead focusing on sustainable, healthy habits that fuel your body and support your fitness goals. I believe that in life balance is key!
I believe in everything in moderation, a diet doesn't need to be boring and overly restrictive. The 80:20 rule is based around balance, 80% whole foods and the remainder 20% soul foods, minus the guilt. I personally find this the most maintainable type of diet.
